A Whole-Person Approach to Pelvic Healing
Each session is thoughtfully designed to honor every part of you—body, mind, heart, and spirit.

 Here’s how the evaluation will flow:

1. Welcome & Conversation

We’ll begin by talking about your personal history, any concerns, and your goals for the session. This is a chance to share how you’re feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically, so we can tailor the session to your needs, whether you’re dealing with pelvic discomfort, stress, or want to reconnect with your body. 

2. Posture & Pelvic Assessment

Next, we’ll assess your posture, pelvic alignment, and movement. This helps us understand any tension or imbalances in your body, especially in the pelvic area, and gives us a clear starting point for your healing journey.

3. Setting an Intention

We’ll take a moment to set a clear intention for the session. Whether it’s to release tension, balance your energy, or reconnect with your body, setting an intention helps guide the session and focus your energy for deeper healing.


4. Sensory Relaxation Techniques

We’ll guide you into relaxation with sensory tools like a weighted blindfold, soothing aromatherapy, and sound bowls playing in the background. These techniques help calm your body and mind, allowing you to be fully present and connected during the session.

5. Vaginal Mapping 

Vaginal mapping is a gentle, internal assessment used to bring awareness to your pelvic floor. During this process, we’ll explore areas of tension, discomfort, or disconnection—always with your full consent and comfort as the priority.

This is not a treatment session. It’s simply a way to gather information about what your body may be holding so we can better understand your unique patterns and how they may be contributing to your symptoms.

Note: If you’re not comfortable with an internal exam, we can discuss alternatives, like self-assessment or working with clothes on. Your comfort is always the priority.

7. Closing 

We’ll talk about any shifts or insights that came up, and I’ll share my findings from your assessment and recommendations for healing.

This  session will leave you feeling deeply centered, relaxed, and reconnected with your divine energy, supporting your journey of healing and self-discovery. Here’s how the session unfolds:

We’ll start with a brief check-in to see how you’ve been feeling since our last session. This is a time to share any shifts, challenges, or insights that have come up, so we can focus on what’s most important for you today.

We’ll work together to address any areas of tension or emotional blockages in your pelvic area. Using myofascial release and gentle pelvic bodywork, we’ll help release stored tension and energy. This process will help you reconnect with your body, releasing any stuck energy and restoring balance.

You’ll be guided through therapeutic exercises to enhance your body’s natural healing process. Focusing on your breath will help integrate the shifts from the session and allow you to release any lingering tension or emotions.


I’ll share personalized self-care recommendations and update your home exercise program to continue your healing at home, helping you stay grounded and empowered until our next session.



You’ll be guided into relaxation with soothing techniques such as aromatherapy, sound bowls, and gentle touch. These practices help calm your mind, soothe your nervous system, and create a deep sense of peace as we prepare for deeper healing.


We’ll set a clear intention for today’s session to help you stay focused and grounded. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your body, release stress, or recharge your energy, we’ll center you with a grounding practice that supports your unique needs.
