We begin by regulating the nervous system, mapping the pelvic space, and building somatic awareness, laying the essential foundation for embodied healing.
This is where your body learns it’s safe to soften, trust, and open.
Phase 2: Release
Let go of what your body no longer needs to hold.
Through guided emotional release, fascial unwinding, breathwork, and internal pelvic therapy, you begin to clear trauma, tension, and stored protective patterns, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Phase 3: Rebuild
Reclaim your feminine rhythm, power, and pleasure.
This phase supports you in rewriting core beliefs, reconnecting with your sensuality, and activating your voice. Using somatic movement and embodiment coaching, we rebuild from a place of truth and alignment.
Phase 4: Receive
Integrate your transformation and return to wholeness.
You’ll anchor the work through sustainable practices, rituals, and feminine-led rhythms that allow you to receive life with openness, softness, and sovereignty. This is where healing becomes your new way of being.
