1. BASELINE PELVIC EVALUATION 
 You'll leave with a clear picture of what's going on and a plan to lengthen, soften, and relax your pelvic floor. This session type is appropriate for Pelvic Floor Tension in general,  Postpartum Recovery, or Endometriosis Support.

2. PAIN-FREE SEX EVALUATION
 We'll perform a gentle assessment to identify tension, guarding, and restrictions throughout the pelvic floor that may be contributing to discomfort during sex, tampon use, gynecological exams, or other forms of penetration.

3. BIRTH PREP EVALUATION 
Prepare your body for labor by reducing tension and tightness throughout the pelvic floor. We'll assess your pelvic floor and areas of muscle guarding that may impact your ability to relax and open during birth.

4. FERTILITY EVALUATION
This evaluation serves as the first step of The Shared Fertility Journey, a comprehensive fertility support program that includes the Mercier Therapy Protocol, a specialized fertility-focused pelvic therapy approach created by Dr. Jennifer Mercier.

Your care starts with a 75-minute initial assessment where we review your health history, symptoms, goals, pelvic-abdominal mobility, and pelvic floor concerns.

This appointment helps us understand what your body needs and which care pathway is the best fit.


2. Receive A Customized Care Plan

After your evaluation, you’ll receive a personalized plan based on your body, symptoms, and goals. Your plan may include weekly in-person sessions .


3. Continue With Support Between Sessions

Your progress does not only happen on the treatment table.

Depending on your care pathway, support may include home exercises, education, virtual coaching check-ins, cycle tracking guidance, community support, labs through a partnered provider when appropriate, and tools to help you stay consistent between visits.
