Pain-Free Sex Evaluation

If Sex Hurts, Your Body Is Trying To Tell You Something

Many women experiencing painful sex have patterns of tension, protection, and guarding that their body has developed over time.

What Is Pelvic Unwinding™?
What Makes My Approach Different.

Signs Your Pelvic Floor May Be Holding Tension

During our work together, we’ll explore:

My Training & Approach

My approach has been influenced by advanced training with Tami Lynn Kent, PT, Dr. Jennifer Mercier, ND, Lindsey Vestal, OT, and Lynn Schulte, PT.

Through these mentors, I learned to look beyond symptoms and become curious about the relationship between the pelvic floor, nervous system, movement patterns, breath, and the protective strategies women carry in their bodies.

When the body feels unsafe, it protects.
When the body protects, the pelvic floor often tightens.
I help women uncover where their body is holding tension and teach them how to release it so intimacy feels more comfortable and birth feels less intimidating.
